Welcome to Expense Tracker & Budget, developed by Appverse Developer. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Application.

1. About Expense Tracker     

Expense Tracker is a personal finance, expense tracker, budget planner, and money management application designed to help users record income, expenses, budgets, and daily financial activities securely on their Android device. 

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Expense Tracker only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not misuse the Application, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm the Application or other users. 

3. User Data 

Expense Tracker does not require registration or login. All financial records, including income, expenses, categories, notes, budgets, and receipt images, are stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if needed. Data can be permanently deleted using the Clear Data option, Android device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

4. Permission

To provide certain features, the Application may request permission to:

  • Send notification reminders.
  • Access photos or media to attach receipt images.

These permissions are optional and are used only for the features you choose to use.

5. Advertisements

Expense Tracker uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ads are provided and managed by Google in accordance with their own policies and privacy practices.

6. Intellectual Property 

Expense Tracker, including its design, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and source code, is the property of Appverse Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Application without written permission.

7. Disclaimer 

Expense Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

The Application is intended as a personal finance management tool and should not be considered professional financial, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appverse Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or financial decisions made using the Application. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying their own financial information.

9. Updates 

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time to improve Finance Tracker. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to These Terms 

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
